Fret not, Prinsloo does not follow the advice of elder Angel Lima (who treats her catwalk preparation like training for a marathon) as it turns out she's just like the rest of us, and uses the fear of donning a bikini to keep her in trim shape.

Telegraph Fashion: What's your secret to getting a flat stomach?

Behati Prinsloo: Pilates! It really works your core.

TF: How do you motivate yourself to stay in shape? And do you have to work at it?

BH: Shooting lingerie is motivation because your body is more exposed than when shooting clothing. I do have to work at it, who doesn't?

TF: What's the best toning tip given to you by a fellow Angel?

BH: Candice [Swanepoel] gave me great advice telling me to do squats. It helps!

TF: Do you have 'cheat' days? If so, what's your guilty pleasure?

BH: My guilty pleasure is sugar

TF: Any supplements, vitamins or health foods you swear by?

BH: Probiotics

TF: What's your better body mantra?

BH: "One day at a time"

TF: Any tips for looking better in a bikini on the beach?

BH: The cut of the bikini is definitely important. You want to wear one that compliments your body type.
